Throughout the year, fundraising efforts allow the Toni & RJ Foundation to award

scholarships to high school students. Scholarships are granted to graduating

seniors with plans of continuing their studies at an accredited college, university

or institute of higher learning.  The Foundation rewards students for their

eagerness to support the cause and the willingness to get involved in

spreading awareness of distracted driving.

Upon review of your application, you will be contacted by a member of the

Scholarship Committee to arrange a personal interview. 

Students interested in applying for the Scholarship Program must provide the following:

  1. Proof of acceptance to an accredited college, university, or institute of higher learning with plans to attend in the Fall of 2016.
  2. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (teacher, church leader, etc.)
  3. List of awards or honors you have received (if applicable)
  4. List of community service you have performed, extracurricular activities, positions held, or church activities (if applicable)
  5. 500 word typed personal essay explaining at a minimum:
  6. Your greatest personal challenge
  7. How your desire to promote safe driving awareness will affect the future progress of the mission of the Foundation
  8. Why do you feel you should receive this scholarship
  9. Please print and fill out application form and include as cover page.
